Your Role

Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, urgent, and restorative services.
Build strong relationships with patients and support them in achieving optimal oral health.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals in a supportive and community-focused environment.
Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in dentistry.
Engage with the community through outreach programs, including school-based sites and health fairs.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dentist Degree program (DMD or DDS).
• Professional clinical experience in adult and pediatric dentistry, including emergency care.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Current Oregon Dental license in good standing and DEA licensure.
• BLS HealthCare Provider (First Aid/CPR) certification.
• PREFERRED: Experience working with diverse communities, including low-income children and families.
• PREFERRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to create professional documents.

Benefits

Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000-$25,000 depending on experience. Half of the bonus is paid in your first paycheck, with the remainder paid after one year of continuous employment (figures based on a full-time position).

About the Clinic

We are located in Southern Oregon, nestled between the Cascade and Siskiyou Mountains. The Rogue Valley and surrounding area offer breathtaking natural scenery, extensive trail systems, and large parks with rivers and lakes. A quick trip to the Oregon coast provides additional recreational opportunities. The climate is mild year-round, with a dry climate compared to Eugene and Portland.
