About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling and preparing lighting products in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Use extreme precision to prepare surfaces, apply flux, and heat to fuse pieces together (soldering).
• Prepare linear strip lights.
• Assemble linear strip lights.
• Assemble wire leads and harnesses per layout drawings.
• Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills.
• Review production order documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete builds accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
