Soldering Assemblers - All Shifts

About the role

This role involves hand soldering and operating automated soldering equipment for printed circuit boards, following verbal and written instructions, blueprints, and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boards for soldering
• Clean and inspect boards for defects
• Maintain soldering equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Attendance is essential.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of soldering experience
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Good communication skills in English
• Physical ability to lift 30 pounds
• Pass an eye exam
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred experience in manufacturing or electronics testing.
