Solar Technician III ($10k Sign-On Bonus)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About The Role: heading "About The Role" with description: "Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:" then bullet list of responsibilities. So we can have About the role
then
maybe intro? Actually they said use
for prose. The bullet list should be
- . So we can have a short intro paragraph then list.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list after "About The Role" is responsibilities. Could also be separate "Responsibilities" section. But we already have responsibilities in About The Role. The instruction says we can have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We need to avoid duplication. Probably better to have "About the role" as a brief intro paragraph, then "Responsibilities" section with the list. However the posting says "About The Role Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:" then list. So we could treat that as the Responsibilities section. But we need to follow instruction: include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities. We could have a section "Responsibilities" with the list. The "About the role" could be a short paragraph summarizing role (the first sentence: "Cleanleaf is seeking a Solar Technician III to join our growing team! The Solar Technician III is one of the most experienced employees in the field, and they are responsible for leading and training any team members assigned to the team." plus the sign-on bonus note). That could be About the role.
Thus:
About the role
Cleanleaf is seeking a Solar Technician III to join our growing team! The Solar Technician III is one of the most experienced employees in the field, and they are responsible for leading and training any team members assigned to the team. **THIS ROLE IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS** Notice to CO, MN, and PA applicants: You may redact schooling dates from your resume before attaching the document to your application.
ThenResponsibilities
with ul list of responsibilities (the bullet points after "Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:"). Then we have "Safety Duties & Responsibilities". That could be part of Responsibilities or separate section. Could be its own section "Safety". But instruction only lists certain headings; we could include "Responsibilities" covering both general and safety. However we have a distinct list for safety duties. Might be better to include a section "Safety". But not in the given examples; but we could still useSafety
if content exists. The instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use
for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely they expect only those headings. But we could incorporate safety under Responsibilities. However the safety list is distinct; we could still put under Responsibilities as part of the list. But the list is long; we could combine. Then "Required Skills & Experience": that's skills/requirements. So we can have
Required Skills & Experience
or maybe "Skills". The instruction includes Skills heading. We'll useSkills
and list the bullet points. Then "WORKING CONDITIONS": could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section "Working Conditions". Not in the list but could be included as a section if we want. However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate working conditions into Responsibilities or maybe a separate "Working Conditions" section if we think it's substantive. It includes travel %, field work, environment. Might be worth its own section. But not in the example list; but we could still useWorking Conditions
. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. Safer to stick to examples: we could put working conditions under Responsibilities as a paragraph. Then "Physical Requirements": could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section "Physical Requirements". Not in examples. Could be included under Responsibilities. Then "Compensation, Benefits & Culture": includes compensation and benefits details. So we need Benefits and Pay sections. The posting includes: "Compensation, Benefits & Culture Cleanleaf uses an internally equitable and externally competitive total cash approach to compensation. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, health, life, and disability insurance; a comprehensive wellness program; 401(k) plan with company match and immediate vesting; continuing education and professional development assistance; access Cleanleaf's wellness platform; and a vacation accrual policy for paid time off. The targeted pay scale for this role is $37/hr-$47/hr. Actual compensation will be based on an assessment of factors including the successful candidate's experience, skill, and other job-related factors." Thus we have Benefits (list) and Pay (range). So we should haveBenefits
with ul list of benefits. AndPay
with p containing the pay scale sentence. We also have "Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion" and EEO statements etc. Those are boilerplate to be removed per instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should omit that. Also remove "A NOTE TO THIRD-PARTY RECRUITERS" etc. Also remove "Notice to CO, MN, and PA applicants: You may redact schooling dates from your resume before attaching the document to your application." That's minor metadata; we could fold into short p or drop. The instruction says: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." This notice is minor metadata; we could include it in About the role paragraph or drop. Probably keep it in About the role as part of the paragraph. Also the bold **THIS ROLE IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS** we need to keep but not as markdown; we can keep as plain text with maybe strong tag? The instruction says output only HTML fragment; we can use for bold. So we can include THIS ROLE IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add
Solar Technician III
. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:About the role

Safety
if we want. However to keep sections few, we could incorporate safety duties into Responsibilities as additional items. Let's add them after the existing responsibilities. Add safety items:Skills
