We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also must not include sections like "Safety Duties & Responsibilities" unless we map to appropriate headings. The posting includes "About The Role" then responsibilities list, then "Safety Duties & Responsibilities", then "Required Skills & Experience", then "WORKING CONDITIONS", then "Physical Requirements", then "Compensation, Benefits & Culture", then "COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSION", then "A NOTE TO THIRD-PARTY RECRUITERS". We need to extract substantive info and map to allowed headings.
Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
- About the role: The paragraph after "About The Role" maybe: "Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:" Actually that's more responsibilities. But we can put a brief description: "The Solar Technician III is one of the most experienced employees in the field, and they are responsible for leading and training any team members assigned to the team." Also mention $10,000 sign-on bonus? That could be in Benefits or Pay? It's a sign-on bonus, maybe Benefits. But we have a Benefits section; we can include sign-on bonus there.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:" and the bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). Also "Safety Duties & Responsibilities" could be part of Responsibilities as safety responsibilities. So combine.
- Requirements: maybe "Must be able to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check", "Must have and maintain a valid driver's license", "Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written". Also "High school diploma or equivalent". Also "Proven experience understanding and implementing OSHA regulations". Also "Ability to read, interpret and understand basic drawings and schematics". Also "Knowledge and understanding of solar plant construction..." etc. Those could be Skills or Qualifications. We need to differentiate Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The instructions: Use headings as given; we can decide what fits. Typically Requirements are mandatory (education, license, background). Qualifications could be preferred or additional. Skills could be abilities.
We have "Required Skills & Experience" heading in posting. That could map to Skills. Also "WORKING CONDITIONS" and "Physical Requirements" could be Requirements? But we have no Schedule or Pay specifics besides pay scale. Pay: we have targeted pay scale $37/hr-$47/hr. That's specific, so we include Pay section.
Benefits: we have benefits package description and sign-on bonus. Also maybe "continuing education and professional development assistance", "wellness program", "401(k) plan with company match and immediate vesting", "vacation accrual policy". So Benefits section.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; maybe travel up to 50% of the time, work >90% in field. That could be Schedule? But schedule usually refers to hours/shift. Not given. We might omit Schedule if no specific content. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. So we should not include Schedule if not stated. There's no explicit schedule like "full-time", "Monday-Friday". So omit Schedule.
Qualifications: Could be things like "Complete courses and maintain advanced inverter certifications", "Excitement about growing along with a fast-paced, dynamic company; comfort with ambiguity..." maybe more cultural fit. Could be Qualifications.
We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any substantive info. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can group them under headings.
We must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, diversity statement, third-party recruiter note. Those are boilerplate; we must remove them. Also remove "Notice to CO, MN, and PA applicants: You may redact schooling dates from your resume before attaching the document to your application." That's a notice; maybe it's not boilerplate but it's an instruction for applicants; it's not substantive job info? It's an application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So remove that notice.
Also remove "THIS ROLE IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS" - we keep that as benefit.
We must not duplicate lines.
Now produce HTML fragment with sections as needed.
