About the role
Semper Solaris is a privately-owned and financially stable leader in Solar, Battery Storage, Roofing, HVAC, and Home Efficiency services. We are expanding and seeking experienced solar sales professionals who can close high-converting leads daily.
Responsibilities
- Close high-converting leads provided by Semper Solaris
- Run as many appointments as needed
- Earn up to 50% of commission before installation
- Average earnings over $200K+, with top performers exceeding $300K+
- Work as a W2 employee with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, and an EAP
- Expand your skill set across multiple verticals: Solar + Battery, Roofing, and HVAC

Requirements
- Proven solar sales experience (top performers only)
- HIS license and valid driver’s license
- Rooftop climbing and attic access capability
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Bonus: Roofing sales experience is helpful but not required
- Car and phone allowance
