Solar Sales Opportunity – All Leads Provided

About the role

Semper Solaris is a privately-owned and financially stable leader in Solar, Battery Storage, Roofing, HVAC, and Home Efficiency services. We are expanding and seeking experienced solar sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• All leads provided with a 90% sit rate
• Run as many appointments as you like
• 50% of commission paid before install
• Average earnings over $200K+, with top performers exceeding $300K+
• W2 position with full benefits
• Sell across multiple verticals: Solar + Battery, Roofing, and HVAC
• Paid biweekly

Requirements

• Proven solar sales experience (top performers only)
• HIS license & valid driver’s license
• Roof-climbing and attic-access capability
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with schedule
• Bonus: Roofing sales experience is helpful but not required
