About the role
A Solar Sales Consultant is NOT a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Responsibilities
- Schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s)
- Closely work with the appointment setting teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Provide educational guidance on solar technology and financing options
- Build strong relationships with homeowners to make informed decisions about their solar projects
Requirements
- Experience in sales, particularly outside sales (in-home sales) is preferred
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes is welcomed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000)
