No experience is necessary, because we will teach you all you need to know!

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door consultations, presenting tailored solar solutions to meet customer needs.
• Build relationships within your community and maintain a positive brand image for Praos Smart Solar.
• Provide education to homeowners about the cost-saving and environmental benefits of smart home and solar energy.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings and career potential.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 70,000 - 250,000 USD per year (Richmond Home Office)
