We have content for: - About the role: Could be the Role Overview paragraph. Also maybe the "Job Opening" details (department, location) could be considered part of About the role? But we can put location etc in a short paragraph under About the role. - Responsibilities: The list under Job Responsibilities. - Requirements: Could be Education Requirements (must be at least 18, HS diploma or equivalent, or technical/trade school training preferred). Also maybe Required Skills? But we have separate Skills section. - Qualifications: Might be similar to Requirements? The spec says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use based on content. We have: - Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits bullet list includes medical/dental/vision, weekly pay, tools, PTO, holidays, culture, referral rewards, competitive compensation, piece rate pay. Actually weekly pay and piece rate pay are pay-related. Benefits section could include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, tools, culture, referral rewards. Pay section could include weekly pay, piece rate pay, competitive compensation. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. No schedule info. So we should NOT create a Schedule section. - Skills: Required Skills list. - Qualifications: Could be Education Requirements? Or maybe "Required Qualifications Education Requirements". We'll treat that as Qualifications. - Requirements: Could be Physical Requirements? Or maybe "Required Qualifications" is qualifications. But we need to differentiate. The spec says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. We have Physical Requirements (ability to lift, heights, etc). Also we have "Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements (valid driver's license, clean MVR)". That could be under Requirements. Thus we can have: - About the role: includes role overview and maybe department/location. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: includes physical requirements, driver's license, age, ability to pass screening, maybe also ability to work in weather, etc. - Qualifications: education requirements (HS diploma or equivalent, technical/trade school preferred, must be at least 18). - Skills: required skills list (1-2 years residential solar experience, OSHA preferred, ability to handle tools, analytical skills, electrical/PV installation knowledge, safety adherence, etc.) - Benefits: benefits list (medical/dental/vision, weekly pay? Actually weekly pay is pay; but we can include weekly pay under Pay. We'll keep benefits: medical/dental/vision, tools, PTO, holidays, culture, referral rewards, competitive compensation? Actually competitive compensation is pay. We'll put competitive compensation under Pay. Piece rate pay under Pay. - Pay: weekly pay, piece rate pay $35/per kW installed, competitive salary reflecting skills/experience. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have "competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience" - that's substantive enough? It's a bit generic but it's actual statement. We'll keep. We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate EEO etc. We must output only HTML fragment. We'll structure:
