Solar Operator - Baxter Creek

SUMMARY

Mortenson is seeking an Operator to manage equipment operations according to project requirements and safety guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate forklifts, telehandlers, bobcats, and skid-steers
• Follow safety regulations
• Maintain assigned areas in a clear and orderly manner
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning
• Monitor equipment operation for malfunctions
• Adhere to work plans and pre-task cards
• Build relationships with diverse colleagues and maintain professional conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum one (1) year of related experience
• Current driver's license with necessary endorsements
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret safety manuals
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Repetitive physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
