About the Role
MOSS, rated the #1 Solar Contractor in the country for 2025, is hiring team members to construct utility-scale solar projects. This role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials.
Responsibilities
- Learn all aspects of safety and success on solar projects
- Operate hand tools such as tape measures, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes
- Perform general labor duties on solar project sites
- May work as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative
- Perform other assigned duties as requested
- Extended hours (up to 12-hour shifts) and overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be required
Requirements
- Pre-employment drug test required
- Must enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to safety standards
- Reliable transportation to and from the project site
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Pay
Starting salary: $20 per hour (higher with experience).
