Responsibilities
- Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills.
- Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close rates.
- Close your own leads to drive personal and team success.
- Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team.
- Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience.
- At least one (1) year of solar sales management experience.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
Pay
A strong base salary of $65K–$80K, then elevate your earnings with uncapped commissions and team overrides, realistic take-home of $200K–$300K+ with no cap on your potential!
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate fieldwork.
