Responsibilities
- Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills
- Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close rates
- Close your own leads to drive personal and team success
- Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team
- Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growth
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitive
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience
- At least one (1) year of solar sales management experience
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends
- Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus
Pay
Average base salary of $65K–$80K with uncapped commissions and team overrides, realistic take-home of $200K–$300K+ with no cap on your potential!
