Lead solar PV and energy storage engineering projects from technical planning through installation, commissioning, and handover.Review engineering designs, technical solutions, equipment selections, and project implementation plans.Coordinate installation activities with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, safety procedures, and project schedules.Lead and develop the solar and energy storage engineering team.Support tendering, technical proposals, project costing, and business development when required.As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve.
