Solar Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day construction activities
• Management of project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site safety compliance
• Cohesion with engineering, procurement, and owner’s teams to meet project milestones
• Regular progress reporting and documentation
• Quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy construction projects
• Strong ability to manage construction projects
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Comfortable working in an onsite, field-based environment in Arizona
• Familiarity with utility-scale or community solar project workflows

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Bilingual – Spanish speaking
