Solar Battery Systems Installer

Duties/Responsibilities

• Aid in the installation of residential battery backup and energy storage systems.
• Assist with wiring and connecting system components to electrical panels under supervision.
• Help mount and secure equipment according to manufacturer and company standards.
• Assist in setting up, testing, and commissioning systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols, electrical codes, and company procedures.
• Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each job.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and issues.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.).
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and on ladders.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Safety to use hand and power tools.
