Pay
Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions, for generating new solar appointments. Average compensation ranges from $51,408 to $87,288 (location and personal success dependent), with top performers earning up to $160,000+ per year.
Schedule
Flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
