Job Summary

Alpha Solar is growing and is seeking Solar Appointment Setters to generate qualified leads and schedule consultations for our solar sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in face-to-face communication and lead generation.

Compensation & Earnings

• Earn up to $150k+ annually ($800 - $2,000/week)
• Weekly and monthly performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
• Engage homeowners and introduce solar energy solutions
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for solar consultations
• Clearly communicate value and handle basic objections
• Track daily activity and maintain appointment quality
• Work closely with closers to ensure high conversion rates
