Software Trainer I
About the Role

As a Software Trainer, you’ll play a key role in delivering training and implementation of our eServices suite to new and existing customers, ensuring professional and effective customer service.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate remote training calls with new and existing customers using a standardized curriculum agenda.
- Instruct offices on each topic using prepared materials.
- Provide post-training session documentation on related topics.
- Maintain an updated calendar and manage time effectively to meet customer service expectations.
- Schedule follow-up sessions or webinars with customers as needed.
- Document sessions within the CRM system.
- Work on multiple software platforms to retrieve customer data for monitoring.
- Maintain an average of 75% of work time on the phone with customers and a personal CSAT score of 90% or above.
- Coordinate with the Implementation team for Core and eServices training sessions.
- Assist the Support team in resolving technical issues for customers.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
- High School graduate, vocational, and/or on-the-job training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Basic product and shipping knowledge.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and AS400 or comparable systems.
- Focus on internal and external customer service.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
Skills
- Practice management software and services experience, including Henry Schein One solutions.
- Professional training experience.
- Dental industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to oversee small to medium-sized projects.
- Capacity to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ability to establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization.
- Conflict management skills.
Pay
The expected starting base salary range for this position is $41,000–$48,000. This position is also eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
