Software Tester II

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Software Tester II to join their team!

Core Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for ServiceNow initiatives
• Create and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and release validation testing
• Support testing activities for SNAP-E use cases, AI-enabled workflows, and platform enhancements
• Cook up testing standards, processes, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and platform customizations
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification
• Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub solutions
• Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with test automation and regression testing strategies

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
