Lead II - Software Testing

About the role

Create and organize testing processes based on project requirements and manage test activities within the team.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Publish Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and preventive measures.
Report project metrics and status.
Adhere to engineering practices, processes, and standards.
Contribute to test automation and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage test plans and schedules based on estimates.
• Track and report progress, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and prioritize test scenarios, create Risk Management Templates (RTMs).
• Prepare estimates (time/effort) based on requirements/User stories.
• Identify the scope of testing and manage client relationships.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to these KPIs.
• Handle monthly/weekly governance calls and represent the team's issues.
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and trend analysis of defects.
• Manage test data and environments, and prepare test scenarios.
• Prepare and review test scripts and execute tests.
• Manage project progress and reporting based on schedules.
• Contribute to knowledge management by consuming, contributing, and reviewing best practices, lessons learned, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to test design, execution, and planning.
• Manage and utilize deliverables prepared by the team.
• Manage and coordinate test environment and data provisioning.
• Manage and participate in review, walkthrough, and demo sessions.
• Prepare and present test summary reports for modules/features.
• Manage requirements, prioritize, and identify gaps based on user stories.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Manage and maintain test automation and performance testing frameworks.
• Work with DevOps teams to implement continuous testing.
