- Execute quality, well documented software tests of Computer Unlimited’s TIMS, analyze results and provide feedback.
- Create and maintain preliminary documentation for the documentation team and customers ensuring the information is accurate, logical, comprehensive, concise, and easy to understand.
- Review software modifications and assist with preparation of test scenarios.
- Absorb other departments as needed, assessing urgency in order to successfully prioritize prompt resolutions.
- Provide input into the Quality Assurance Handbook and other documentation.
- Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference.
- Will attend/participate and may present and/or assist with development of presentations.
Employees are expected to follow security and confidentiality standards. Analyze, understand and approach testing projects in a logical and systematic manner. Work independently, prioritize tasks and handle competing deadlines. Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, be organized and show attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in business, information systems, or computer science or the equivalent in related work experience.
- Previous experience with business software, business accounting practices, software testing or documenting preferred.
- Customer service experience also preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to write, read, and use Microsoft Structured Query language (SQL) and/or automated testing and programming experience would be good to have, but not required.
This position will work in office at our Billings, Montana location. After the training period is completed, a hybrid arrangement or fully remote from within one of the states we operate, may be available. Individuals will be expected to travel to the office in Montana at least once per year.
