How the Tester Will Make an Impact

• Develops and implements quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization.
• Develops and executes software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
• Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assists in the evaluation.
• Conducts and/or participates in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Required Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience

Required Technical Skills: Documented experience working with GitHub, JIRA and Confluence.

Recommended Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience testing web-based applications developed using technologies such as: Java or J2EE.
• Demonstrated on-the-job test automation or software development experience with at least two automated test tools (Selenium web driver preferred, similar tools accepted).
• Building and Maintaining Frameworks

Recommended Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester, SAFe for Teams

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
