Software Test Analyst Sr II

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies for data pipelines and integrations
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver leading-edge capabilities
• Test platform capabilities using various testing methodologies, both automated and manual
• Collaborate with diverse teams of engineers, developers, and product owners
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with cutting-edge technologies
• Assist in defining business planning and technical strategies
• Communicate effectively with team members across different locations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing and executing comprehensive test plans for data and software
• Ability to create and maintain test environments and data for testing
• Skilled in documenting and communicating test outcomes effectively
• Adept at risk assessment and communication regarding project risks
• Expertise in improving data quality processes and practices
• Proficient in automation testing methodologies and frameworks
• Experience in resolving complex technical challenges in software environments
• Familiarity with programming in Python and using version control systems like Github
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational database management systems
• Exposure to major cloud platforms such as AWS
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Lake concepts

Pay

$130,000 – $145,000 annually
