Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Works as part of the Call Center through coordination of telephone calls and priorities including rotation on after-hours on-call service as needed.
- Works, as part of the call center and mostly by remote access, with customers to gather and analyze environmental data and records for completeness and accuracy in technical and procedural practices.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory for success.
- Ensures updating progress and timely completion of customer call tickets.
- Fulfills follow-up actions on customer call tickets.
- Follows all quality management procedures for prioritization and recordkeeping.
- Works with others to design, verify air emissions calculations and support for compliance, recordkeeping and reporting required for federal and state programs.
- Comfortable working with others in documenting, maintaining, and performing air emissions calculations and procedures using documents, spreadsheets and diagramming type software programs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, TSQL, and Microsoft Access.
- Good Windows administration computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Windows Administration, and Visual Basic or other types of structured programming languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to work well with remote plant personnel and internally within a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University or Equivalent Experience.
- Current valid driver’s license required.
