Software Solutions Engineer/Remote

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions based on business and technical requirements. The role involves working with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with customers, software developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Support system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and design discussions.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, quality, security, and scalability requirements.
• Provide technical support during implementation and post-deployment.
• Stay updated with relevant software technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, software integration, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
