Software Engineer | Remote

Responsibilities

• Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model capabilities.
• Fix bugs, implement features, and refactor code for performance optimization.
• Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification solutions.
• Measure MCP tool use and software engineering ability accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
• Experience in debugging complex software issues.
• Background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
• Ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.

$60 - $120/hour
