Software Services Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Coincide with multiple teams to support vendor onboarding and management process.
• Combine project management and budgeting experience with a focus on IT software and cloud expenditures.
• Maintain and assign software licenses, ensuring software requests from the company are addressed promptly and meeting software needs across all departments.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams to monitor and optimize cloud resources for maximum utilization of the company's cloud spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-3+ years of experience in IT project management, software management, or related experience.
• Strong skills and expertise in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in multiple cloud platforms and advanced data reporting.
• Able to pay close attention to details and perform root-cause analysis for spend.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple teams.
