Software Quality Engineer (SSQE) - Orlando, FL

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality software products through rigorous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Document findings from testing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one testing tool such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (Java, Python, etc.) is beneficial.
