Software Quality Assurance Tester I

iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey. We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our QA Web Testing team. This person will plan, design, architect, and implement effective test suites for our eCommerce websites. You will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate, and resolve issues through careful testing to ensure comprehensive verification of new developments. The QA Web Tester is an ideal entry point for those wanting to work on our eCommerce development team. ROLE COMMITMENTS Help Build and maintain automation in DatadogSupport A/B testing through thorough testing and accurate reportingImprove Bug reporting strategy and Jira task creationImprove Attention to details and bug findingWork as a cohesive team ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Test code changes made to the ecommerce websites and some internal web applicationsCheck for spelling, grammar, broken links, missing images, and graphical layout issues on our eCommerce websitesTest the eCommerce websites across various platforms and multiple browser typesExecute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure website functionalityContribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scriptsDocument and report defects clearly and accurately, providing detailed information to development teams for resolutionCollaborate with other members of the QA team and developers to conduct effective test plans EDUCATION, and/ or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or Equivalent, some college or dev camp preferred but not requiredMust be able to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writingWilling and able to work as a member of a teamMust have a keen attention to detailExperience with multiple devices, browsers, and platformsBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with Datadog or other automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or PlaywrightExperience with Jira DISCLAIMER Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan, and exemption status.
