Responsibilities

  • Customer advocacy
  • Overseeing the Test Team
  • Application demonstration and training
  • Developing Acceptance Criteria
  • Distributing test resources between application and data lake teams
  • Delivering training demonstrations of the biographic and biometric applications
  • Developing supporting documentation (User guides, QRGs, and training videos)
  • Running the daily team Scrums

Requirements

  • Mandatory Demonstrated familiarity with: Agile software development framework
  • Use of project tracking and knowledge management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated Experience Working with customers to gather and refine requirements
  • Software testing in an Agile environment
  • Testing against Acceptance Criteria
  • Testing for Accessibility and 508 Compliance
  • Developing documentation and training materials
  • Delivering application training and overviews/demonstrations
  • Possess excellent written communication, verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Mandatory: Working knowledge of the customer's biographics and biometrics identity discovery tools

Optional: Familiarity with Solr queries and Hbase technology

Familiarity with automated test tools

Familiarity with Agile methodology

Pay

The salary associated with this position ($77,000–$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
