Software Project Manager, Professional Services (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Software Project Manager, Professional Services (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will guide complex client engagements from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring professional services work is scoped, executed, and completed with precision. You will partner closely with account teams, internal delivery stakeholders, and clients to align expectations, manage timelines, and support successful onboarding and service execution. The position blends project leadership, client communication, and operational discipline to help drive repeatable service delivery and account growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $109,715 – $150,858 annually Responsibilities Define execution strategies with clients to deliver agreed-upon services and scope Collaborate with teams to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies Act as a services delivery expert during pre-sales engagements with account teams Develop repeatable processes and templates to increase efficiency Manage service delivery timelines to ensure projects are completed on time Own one-time projects and support account growth initiatives Prepare detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and risks Maintain consistent communication and proactive service to clients Qualifications 8+ years of experience managing large-scale service delivery Strong skills in Gantt project schedule creation and resource management Experience with complex projects in web and mobile applications Preferred background in construction or financial SaaS industries Proficiency in documenting business outcomes and maintaining RAID logs PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred Benefits Flexible work locations, including remote options Opportunity to work closely with clients and various internal teams Engagement in a dynamic and growing industry Possibility for travel to client sites and company events Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
