Software Platform Pilot

Key Responsibilities

• Create the software delivery plan and ensure alignment with all key stakeholders.
• Understand all new features that must be delivered and build a feature rollout plan (FROP).
• Prioritize features into groups that can be released, validated, and delivered as packages during the development process.
• Ensure that a proper validation plan supports each software delivery phase.
• Cookordinate the delivery of software according to the feature rollout plan to all consumers.
• Ensure that validation is complete prior to delivery of software packages.
• Track all open issues (defects, GIMS etc.) and drive them to closure.
• Create and own the feature readiness glidepath.
• Drive Tier 1 suppliers and internal software development teams to maintain timing and delivery according to the plan.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, 8+ years' experience in automotive product validation or design, experience with software specifications, development, and testing (full V-cycle), proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teams, working knowledge of corporate engineering, quality, and manufacturing processes and the systems that drive them.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in related field, 2+ years of experience in project management, program management or related fields.
