Software Integration Lead

Primary Responsibilities

• Negotiate the agile backlog priorities
• Present progress to customers
• Negotiate schedule changes and content impacts
• Interface with lab IT to ensure the development toolchain is in good working order
• Work closely with a highly collaborative development team primarily in a lab environment
• Maintain two separate CI/CD pipelines: one in a cloud environment and one in a lab environment

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
• At least 8-12 years of experience in software development project management
• A strong demonstration of the following skills: Jira agile boards, backlogs, and reports, Agile practices like scrum, iterations, and schedules based on team velocity, GitLab CI/CD Pipelines, Familiarity with Modern C++ development, Familiarity with Unit Test development
• US Citizen with a Final Secret Clearance
• Resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville – North Alabama, AL, area

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional skills in Jira, GitLab, Google unit test, Previous military experience
