Job Description

**What You’ll Be Doing:** You’ll step into the role of **Software Integration Engineer**, driving the full technology development lifecycle—from system and software design to collaboration, automation tooling, infrastructure upgrades, and seamless software integration. You’ll work across a diverse set of host environments, including aircraft software, high-fidelity simulators, and lab setups that blend constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system-level models.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, integrate, support, and debug cutting-edge software across multiple platforms
  • Own and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds are fast, reliable, and reproducible
  • Champion virtual development labs and aircraft-software workflows, keeping them nimble and user-friendly
  • Design and build automation frameworks using a mix of open-source, commercial, and in-house tools—letting you experiment with the latest technologies
  • Engage daily in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos, sharing progress and learning with the team

Who You Are

  • Experience with itemized planning and prioritization of tasks that drives the efficient execution of objectives
  • A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
  • Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
  • Experience with Open Mission Systems
  • Experience leading software projects

Desired Skills

  • Experience with CI tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
  • Experience with Real-time software development and integration
  • Experience programming in Python
  • A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
  • Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
  • Experience with Open Mission Systems
