Job Description
**What You’ll Be Doing:** You’ll step into the role of **Software Integration Engineer**, driving the full technology development lifecycle—from system and software design to collaboration, automation tooling, infrastructure upgrades, and seamless software integration. You’ll work across a diverse set of host environments, including aircraft software, high-fidelity simulators, and lab setups that blend constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system-level models.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, support, and debug cutting-edge software across multiple platforms
- Own and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds are fast, reliable, and reproducible
- Champion virtual development labs and aircraft-software workflows, keeping them nimble and user-friendly
- Design and build automation frameworks using a mix of open-source, commercial, and in-house tools—letting you experiment with the latest technologies
- Engage daily in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos, sharing progress and learning with the team

Who You Are
- Experience with itemized planning and prioritization of tasks that drives the efficient execution of objectives
- A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
- Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
- Experience with Open Mission Systems
- Experience leading software projects
Desired Skills
- Experience with CI tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
- Experience with Real-time software development and integration
- Experience programming in Python
- A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
- Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
- Experience with Open Mission Systems
