About the role

We are seeking Senior, Staff, and Principal Engineers to join our mission to build the future of autonomous testing. Our platform uses deterministic simulation to identify and resolve bugs that traditional testing approaches miss, enabling faster debugging and more confident shipping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex software solutions using Rust, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features and systems.
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge tools and infrastructure for automated testing and verification.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our platform through feedback and iteration.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, preferably in systems programming and/or testing automation.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Nix, Rust, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
• Passion for solving complex problems and a commitment to excellence in software engineering.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with functional programming and reactive systems.
• Knowledge of formal methods and proof techniques.
