What You Will Be Doing

You will be the Technical Software Engineering Manager for the MDCX team within Skunk Works which is responsible for delivering high-impact software solutions across cross-functional programs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Define and prioritize the team’s deliverables, ensuring timely and quality output.
• Collaborate with program leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Represent the team in technical and non-technical forums, communicating status, risks, and opportunities.
