Software Engineering Senior Advisor- Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve problems faced in various online applications that serve Cigna’s online and web based platforms.
• Work on multiple high critical incident tickets to resolve issues.
• Provide support to all MML calls and resolve MML tickets.
• Work on critical CDH and MFS issues to open a MML line to triage and solve issues.
• Analyze production tickets and support application maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Provide code analysis, business friendly explanations for requests and incidents, and resolve production critical incidents using a deep understanding of application architecture.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge of the applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Engineering and 3 years of experience.
• Experience with: JCL; CA7M; Customer Driven Healthcare (CDH) Applications; Mainframe Services (MFS); MVS; Windows XP; DOS; OS 390; Z / OS; COBOL; XML; CICS; DB2; SOAP UI; IMS; TSO/ISPF; File Aid; Endeavor; SPUFI; QMF; Teradata; SAS; REXX; Xpeditor; and DISPATCP.

Pay

Salary Range: $150,550-$217,000
