Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects within a Fortune 50 or comparable high-performance environment.
- Expertise in software development languages and frameworks pertinent to the organization’s technology stack.
- Demonstrated proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective technical specifications.
- Strong experience and understanding in applying Agile methodologies and utilizing project management tools.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced problem-solving skills paired with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
- Prominent experience in fostering innovation and managing team performance effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies within technical projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, reflecting advanced academic proficiency and strategic expertise to drive technological innovation and leadership in a Fortune 50 environment.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent expertise in cloud platforms.
