Software Engineering Lead

About the role

The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of the company's AI infrastructure, ensuring that autonomous agents remain reliable and scalable. They will work closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap and provide direct customer support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of core ABM infrastructure
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and prioritize product features
• Provide direct customer support and address issues related to agent reliability and scalability
• Ensure that the infrastructure is optimized for performance and maintainability
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack or backend engineering at top tier companies
• Experience with machine learning and AI technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for building reliable and scalable AI infrastructure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of database management systems and NoSQL databases

Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with observability tools and techniques
