Software Engineering Internship - Summer 2027
About the role
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Engineering Team as a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. This paid internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist with project support while gaining valuable work experience related to your field of study. Responsibilities
- Work with a mentor on applying AI/ML to our MechoNet Commissioning Tool
- Create and test design specifications
- Develop code to apply troubleshooting of network based on an address table
- Interface with SolarTrac Commissioning Tool
- Assemble prototypes and execute testing
- Establish SOPs for specific test processes
- Run tests and document results
Requirements
- Pursuing a 4-year degree in Software Engineering (preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level)
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
