Software Engineer with Security Clearance
Duties
- Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software quality operating methods, processes, systems and procedures.
- Applies Agile SW development methods.
- Counsults software inspection, testing, verification and validation.
- Implements software development and maintenance processes and methods.
- Ensures measures meet acceptable reliability standards.
- Develops overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process and contract requirements and objectives.
- Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contract.
- Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements.
- Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability.
Required
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or related disciplines
- 13 years of experience and a MA/MS degree. OR in place of a MA/MS degree, an individual must have a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience within a discipline relevant to the work associated with the position.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI poly
Pay
The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding. For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
