Software Engineer Staff - Top Secret
Basic Qualifications
- Experience developing software in any of the following languages: Java, C++, JavaScript, Python
- Experience with application containerization (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd) in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with CI/CD - Deployment pipelines, automated build, and configuration tools (Gitlab, ArgoCD)
- Must be a US Citizen; Must have a current Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Desired Skills
- Recent on-program experience as a technical lead (e.g., architecture design, technical research, project management, define/enforce code quality standards, etc.)
- Development experience with any of the following programming languages: Java or Python
- Recent on-program Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience (e.g., automation, incident management, monitoring, optimization, programming/scripting, metrics, security, etc.)
- Development experience with Linux and shell scripting (e.g., bash)
- Familiarity with the Space Domain
- The ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment
- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
- The ability to establish strong team relationships and deliver exceptional results
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
