Software Engineer ServiceNow and Power Platform

About the role

Disney is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Development and the MS Power Platform to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise business applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Service Catalog items in ServiceNow.
• Build business applications using MS Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Gather business requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, perform testing, and provide ongoing application support.
• Create technical documentation and ensure solutions follow security, governance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration (mandatory).
• Strong experience with MS Power Platform, specifically (mandatory):
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
• Experience developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development technologies.
• Experience with:
  • Jelly
  • Web Services
  • MySQL
  • XML
  • HTML/CSS
• Experience with:
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Azure
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications.
• MICROSOFT POWER PLATFORM CERTIFICATIONS (PL-400, PL-600, etc.).
• ITIL/ITSM certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
