Software Engineer Senior - Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

We’re seeking a Software Engineer Senior - Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves developing core software applications for external clients, interacting with engineering groups, training clients, analyzing and designing applications, and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications
• Assist in design changes to equipment and software
• Train and communicate with clients on systems applications
• Understand requirements and break them down into logical technical pieces
• Leverage technical architecture, system design, and end user interfaces
• Assign and review work assigned to offshore technical resources
• Analyze, build, and test applications
• Define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
• Participate in software design meetings
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
• Complete documentation for installation and maintenance
• Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field with 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Salesforce platform development
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs, Agile software development methodology, version control and CI/CD tools, and modern engineering practices
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams on Salesforce projects involving developers and cross-functional stakeholders
