About the role
Join our team of software engineers at Fort Meade, MD / Annapolis Junction, MD. This position requires a fully cleared with a polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support software and database engineers
- Work closely with data scientists and end users to develop innovative analytic tools
- Create custom analytics to perform at scale
- Prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy tools and tradecraft into the customer's corporate architecture
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have a TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph
- At least 11 years of direct/relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Java MapReduce, Python PySpark
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with customer tools, architecture, data flow, and use of big data
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab; experience with Agile methodologies
- Experienced with creating custom analytics to perform at scale
Qualifications
- Experience with software development processes (i.e., requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, and maintenance)
- Experience with Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and using Large Language Models (LLMs)
