Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience using C, C++, C#, or similar programming languages
• Software design and testing experience in a professional environment
• Experience utilizing Agile software development methodologies

The Work

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missiles Systems has an opportunity in Orlando for a mid-career Software Engineer supporting Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) programs. An ATE Software Engineer develops, updates, and integrates software applications on ATE hardware. They also support test program development and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design solutions for complex engineering problems in the software cycle
• Utilize Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) to develop functional, architectural, and detailed designs
• Enhance product design to provide added or updated functionality based on operational scenarios and customer requirements

Please Note: This position requires a U.S. citizen and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
