This is a hybrid role and candidates must resided in the San Diego area with the ability to work at our Point Loma location. Candidates must be able to go on site 3 days a week. Candidates must be able to do the following In a technical capacity, collaborate closely with clients to guarantee the seamless implementation of a streaming data platform and create innovative solutions that leverage itAccording to client requirements, specify, construct, test, and implement specialized machine learning and/or other mission-focused systemsEngage in deployment and execution planning alongside clientsDirectly support deployment of software on KubernetesProduce documentation for clients in order to assist with custom applicationsProvide tutorials and technical information for product documentationFull stack development using Python, Java, or JavaScript for front-end and back-end apps (node.js, D3.js, and React)Java / Python development Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Information Systems / Information Technology / Mathematics or related field and nine (9) years of experience. Masters and 7 years of experienceCandidates must be a US CitizenCandidates must have a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearanceIAT Level 1 (CompTIA Security + and CCNA) certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)Must have experience with at least one of the following Java, JavaScript or PythonMust have experience with at least one of the following node.js, D3.js, or ReactMust have experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS or AzureMust have experience with SQL/DatabaseMust have experience with Linux and Shell scriptingDatabase / Java – Big data experience using Postgres on MongoAlthough not required, familiarity with Apache NiFi is preferredComprehending of design patterns that are object-orientedSQL / Database integration experienceFamiliar with Linux commands and shell scriptingExperience building data-driven applications with an understanding of ETL and data pipelines that support themExperience working with Cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS Target salary range $160,001 - $200,000.
