Software Engineer - .NET & C#

Location: Fort Mill, SC
Duration: 12-month Contract to Hire

About the Role

We’re seeking talented software engineers to join a dynamic team where you'll design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications that drive operational excellence using the latest Microsoft .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C# and .NET frameworks
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Build and support enterprise web applications and API integrations
• Utilize source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated build, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Proven expertise with C# and .NET frameworks, including ASP.NET Core and .NET 8+
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Proficiency with source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated build, and deployment processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
• Minimum of 4+ years developing enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Prior experience with Web API development and supporting scalable back-end services

Skills

• Experience working with Azure cloud services and cloud-native deployments (nice to have)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security (nice to have)
• Prior exposure to enterprise architecture and middleware solutions (nice to have)
• Familiarity with other programming languages or frameworks is a plus

Pay

$60+/hour W2, $100k+ FTE
